Azalea Caffeine Collective runs this website to share what we do and make it easy to reach us. We like to keep things simple, and that includes how we handle your information.

What this site collects

• Nothing stored by us. The contact form does not send anything to our servers. It opens your own email app with your message filled in, and you choose whether to send it.
• Hosting logs. The site is hosted on Cloudflare, which keeps standard technical logs (things like IP address, browser type, and pages requested) to keep the site fast and secure. We do not use these logs to identify visitors.
• Fonts. The site loads its typefaces from Google Fonts, so your browser requests those font files from Google when the page loads. Google's own privacy policy covers those requests.
• No tracking. We do not run analytics scripts, advertising trackers, or tracking cookies.

Email you send us

If you email us about a booking, an order, or anything else, we use your message and contact details only to reply and to arrange whatever we agreed on. We keep the conversation as long as it is useful for that purpose, and we never sell or share your details.

Links to other places

Our Instagram and TikTok links take you to those platforms, which have their own privacy policies. We are not responsible for how they handle your information.

Children

This site is not directed at children, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will post the new version here with a new date at the top.
